How to Measure Your Body

Use a flexible measuring tape and wear lightweight clothing while measuring.

1. Chest Measurement

Measure around the fullest part of the chest while keeping the tape horizontal and relaxed.

Tips:

  • Keep arms relaxed at your sides.
  • Do not pull the tape too tightly.
  • Take a normal breath before measuring.

2. Waist Measurement

Measure around the natural waistline, usually located just above the hips.

Tips:
Stand naturally.
Avoid sucking in the stomach.
Keep the measuring tape level.

Slightly bend the arm.
